Karen has been with our firm since 2010. As our real estate paralegal, she researches title issues and assists Attorney Sager and Attorney Smith with real estate closings, estate planning and real estate related litigation. Karen has done thousands of titles and has testified as an expert witness in title matters. She attended the University of New Hampshire and has worked in this field since 2001.
Karen lives with her spouse, Marsha, in Ossipee, New Hampshire. They share their home an African Grey Parrot named Idgie, and have been “rescued” by two little dogs named Riley and Xander.
